This hotel is the perfect place to stay with family and friends – you won't be disappointed. the hotel staff will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable every step of the way, catering to all your needs and with a smile on their face. Plus, the hotel is located right next to the ski lift and is perfect for a fun day out in the snow. Not to mention the natural onsen, delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the spacious rooms with traditional tatami mats that add to your cultural experience.
Some areas of the hotel are a bit dated which might not suit all tastes.

The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The location was also convenient, with easy access to both transportation and the ski grounds. The hot spring was a relaxing way to end the day after a long business meeting.
The food left much to be desired. The breakfast was lacking in variety and the quality was average at best.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! First of all, the location couldn't be better. It's right near the bus station, which makes it incredibly convenient to get to. Plus, it's right across the road from the ski slopes, so you can easily hit the slopes without any hassle. The staff here are absolutely lovely and really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the views over the valley are just breathtaking. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's delicious and definitely sets you up for a day on the slopes.
Everything was just perfect!

The hotel's location was perfect for skiing lovers as it was so close to the ski slopes and the bus stop. the hotel staff provided excellent hospitality, with a friendly welcome and upgraded us to a larger room. We couldn't get enough of the snowboarding gear rental and drying room. the dinner was great, with authentic Japanese dishes to choose from.
The breakfast was mainly Japanese and dull as it was the same food every day. Having just one ATM for the whole area was a bit inconvenient, so make sure to bring enough cash.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and even let us extend our ski equipment rental for an extra day. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the valley. We loved the onsen, which was huge and open 24 hours.
